Welcome to Coffee Cup Conversations (C3) a provider of targeted professional development, offering a different approach to learning.
Our Conversational Learning (CL) approach is an alternative path to acquiring knowledge. It is comprised of short sessions about 1 hour or less on a specifc topic delivered in a
relaxed, casual environment. Instructors transition from a lecturing posture to becoming a "facilitator of a dialog" between participants. We refer to these sessions as conversations.
These conversations are normally held in a local cafe even for corporate sessions. It's where we began!
The objective of the conversation is to provide participants direct, specific knowledge that can be quickly digested and put to use. We accomplish this by:
☕ Having no more than 6 participants per conversation
☕ Providing participants access to to go resources (materials, exercises, videos) to allow them to continue
learning at their leisure after our conversation
☕ Depending on the topic the participants may be provided preparation material prior to the session to position them to have a productive, interactive conversation.
We integrate micro-learning, classroom learning, one-on-one into a quality learning experience. Our conversations supplement and integrate with our training partners comprehensive
education & training curriculum.
